Returns

We aim to make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
For any return request, please contact our customer service team and have your order number ready.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (wrong finish, size, or specifications), please take clear photos of the product and contact us right away. Do not install any damaged or incorrect products.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered during installation, stop immediately, take photos, and reach out to us before continuing.

In the event of an installation issue, photos must be provided prior to authorizing a return. The Wheel Store does not cover any labor costs incurred.

Exchange or Replacement Options

We offer two methods for exchanges or replacements:

Quick Option:
A new order is processed, billed, and shipped right away. The return for the original order is handled in parallel, and the refund is issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Standard Option:
The original item must first be returned, received, and verified before the replacement is shipped.

We recommend keeping all original boxes and protective packaging for at least one week after receiving your order, in case a return is required.
Products must be returned in the same condition and with the same packaging and packing method as originally shipped.
If reinforced cardboard corner protectors were used during shipping, they may be placed inside the box for return, but must still protect the product properly.


Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • The ordered product is unavailable and no suitable replacement can be provided.

  • The item was received damaged and a replacement cannot be supplied (and the item is returned, of course).

  • A clear pricing error makes the transaction impossible to honor.

  • A sales representative provided incorrect or misleading written information.


Exchange Without Restocking Fees

No restocking fee applies when:

  • The product was received damaged.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product received does not match the one originally ordered.


Refund With 0% Restocking Fee + Shipping Costs

Only shipping and handling charges will apply in the following situations:

  • The order was cancelled by the customer after it was shipped, or refused upon delivery.

  • Incorrect wheel or tire size was provided by the customer.

  • Vehicle information was missing or inaccurate (if your trim/sub-model is not listed in our fitment guide, please contact us before ordering).

  • The item was shipped within Canada (with a delivery time listed as 0–7 days).

  • The return request was made within 30 days of delivery.

All cancellation requests must be submitted to our support team.


Refund With 20% Restocking Fee + Shipping Costs

A 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply in these cases:

  • The product is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • The order was imported from the United States (with “2–4 weeks” or “+ Special Order Fees” noted).

  • Mounted and balanced packages, unless the error originated from our end or the items are incompatible with your vehicle.

All cancellation requests must be submitted to our support team.


No Refund or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products installed without a prior fitment test.

  • Used or incomplete installation kits.

  • Damaged, mounted, or balanced products.

  • Orders placed without vehicle information, or with incorrect details.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Unauthorized returns.

  • Products damaged during installation or modified (painted, drilled, coated, etc.).

  • Items damaged by road hazards.

  • Wheels or tires sold individually.


Refund Method

All refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
